Small Mixer & Coclea Extruder

In our Mixer & Coclea extruders range, it's the smaller modell. This machine will allow you to mix about 7 kg of flours then inserting all the liquid part, once kneaded by reversing it, extrude everything without any effort.

- Maximum working capacity is about 7 kg of dry mix.

- Minimum working capacity is about 500 Gr of dry mix.

- In this model there are 2 motors installed, each with a power of 0.55 kW

- The reverse gear for kneading and speed adjustment are located in the control panel.

- Safety system by means of Micro on the lid which in case of opening stops the machine from any operation.

- Coclea diameter 80 mm, length.

- 230V 50Hz operation via European Schuko socket.

- Possibility of disassembling the screw for a perfect cleaning of the system.

- Quick release system of the plate for the replacement of the cone.
