Large Mixer & Coclea Extruder

This is the larger model in our Mixer & Coclea Extruder range. This machine can mix about 50 kg of flours. After intoducing the liquid part, you could extruder wet mix without any effort.

- Maximum working capacity is about 50 kg of dry mix

- Minimum working capacity is about 3 kg of dry mix

This model has 2 powerful motors installed, one for each work axis. The reducer for the Mixer is very large and the motor has a very large power of 2.2 Kw while the motor of the coclea power is 1.1 Kw. The reverse gear for kneading and speed regulation are independent on each work axis. Safety system consist in an Micro on the top which in case of opening the top, it stops the machine from any operation.
